If you would like to become a member of 12a we ask you to take few minutes to fill our Membership form.

Your application will be reviewed by the membership secretary and after a preliminary visit you may be invited to join. All new members must supply valid photo identification, a copy of which will be taken before we can issue your membership card.

Membership agreements run for 12 months. Renewal is subject to review when the time comes. Membership does not confer any credit entitlement. All bills must be settled on the evening before leaving the premises, unless other arrangements have been made. New membership packs can be sent to your desired address or collected at your earliest convenience.

Due to our licence stipulations we are only able to accept members over the age of 25.
